Are there any legitimate sources for Balance Transfer Credit Cards with HIGH Credit limits?

I have a good reliable income, but I need to obtain a Balance Transfer Credit Card (legitimate) with a high limit so I can transfer all of the credit cards I have onto the ONE card with a good interest rate.

Tired of all the RIP-OFF Introductory Rates that BALLOON and end up causing more "damage" than helping with the intial debt.

    You should be able to find a listing of lower rate cards in either Kiplinger Personal Finance or Consumer Reports magazines.
